Commission plan Prepared for
Effective

Close it once, get paid four ways.

No limit on what you earn. Every sale pays you within two weeks, keeps paying while the client stays, and counts toward two bonuses.

Commission

Paid on every sale

  • $499 service$100
  • $1,999 service$500

Residual

Paid every month, forever

  • Every renewal payment5%

You earn 5% of what the client pays, every month they stay. One-time sales pay commission but no 5%. If that client later moves to a monthly retainer, your 5% starts then.

First-win bonus

Paid one time only

  • First 5 clients kept$250

$250 in total. Paid once, when your fifth client passes the 14-day refund period.

Volume bonus

Paid at the end of each month

  • 5 sales in a month$100
  • 10 sales in a month$250
  • 15 sales in a month$500

One bonus each month, at the highest level you reach. The count starts again on the 1st.

When you get paid

Twice a month, on fixed dates. A sale is ready to pay 14 days after you close it, once the refund period has passed.

The 5th

Sales that became safe between the 16th and the end of last month. Plus last month’s volume bonus and all of your 5%.

The 20th

Sales that became safe between the 1st and the 15th of this month.

Rules

  1. You can earn both bonuses in the same month. Earning the first-win bonus does not affect your monthly volume bonus, or your residual.
  2. A sale counts once it clears the 14-day refund window. Sales refunded inside that window do not count toward commission, bonus thresholds, or residual.
  3. Your 5% residual continues every month the client renews and stops only if they cancel.
  4. If you stop working with NextGen, your 5% continues for your last month, then ends. Anything you already earned is paid on the next payment date.
  5. All amounts are in US dollars. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for any tax owed where you live. NextGen covers the transfer fee on each payout.
